Precautions when using disposable environmentally friendly meals
First of all, pay attention to the packaging box. There are two types of packaging boxes commonly used in wholesale disposable tableware: paper packaging and plastic texture. Paper lunch boxes are easily broken; plastic lunch boxes include pure polypropylene lunch boxes, composite lunch boxes, foam lunch boxes and so on. The pure polypropylene lunch box (PP) is safe, can contain oily food and high-temperature food, and can withstand high temperatures up to 120°C. It can be heated in a microwave oven. The composition of the composite lunch box is polypropylene, filling material and color masterbatch, which will easily fade in case of oily food, which will endanger human health. There is also a kind of foam lunch box, which is not resistant to high temperature and easy to absorb oil. Disposable tableware cannot be filled with oily food. The oil temperature is high and cannot be heated in a microwave oven.
There is also a lot of wisdom in packaging plastic bags. The plastic bags used by some restaurants have no signs and are very thin. The investigation found that most plastic bags are made of recycled plastics. When exposed to acid or oily substances, these plastics will precipitate, contaminate food and endanger human health. The plastic bags used for food packaging should be made of PE (polyethylene) and labeled with the production license of "QS" and "for food".
